Canadian Masters Open – Quebec City, Feb 22-23/14
This will be on an outdoor refrigerated 400m oval and will provide a huge amount of skating opportunity – short all-round Olympic style (metric) (500m, 1000m, 1500m & 3000m) as well as 100m (heats and finals), team pursuit, 10km mass start and 25 km mass start. Quebec City is welcoming, beautiful and very historic – some parts are over 400 years old!
Although not a sanctioned IMSSC event, the competition is open to all members of Member ISU Countries.

Masters International Short Track (MIST) Championships – Ottawa, Apr 5-6/14
This will be the 2nd edition of this event which attracted 81 masters short track skaters from USA, Canada, Australia and South Africa to Cicero New York in 2013. See this link for a report.
Ottawa is the capital city of Canada – again, very welcoming, beautiful and historic.
