The camp is a week long, from July 21-26. It features one or two ice session per day, plus seminars and probably some off-ice drills and instruction. The camp concludes with races on Saturday. I attended a similar camp back in 1996 and it was phenomenal. Come prepared to work hard, to learn a lot, and to have fun!
