Winter is approaching fast, and it’s time to start thinking about long track! If you’ve never skated long track, check out the “Getting Started” tab on the left. For those returning to long track, the Greater Minnesota Speedskating Association has the forms to sign up for 2014-15 ice time up on their website. The GMSA ice time is typically Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, with time trials or practice ice on weekend mornings. For those looking for long track coaching, the Twin Cities Speed Skating Club offers long track coaching on Thursday nights during GMSA ice time. To access this coaching you must join TCSS and pay the GMSA ice fees. Below are the forms to sign up for TCSS and access their long track coaching.
