Fall Master’s Camp MKE, September 30-October 2nd

Max registration: 30 

From beginners to advanced. We have an excellent team of coaches to serve each group of athlete!

The Coaches: Olympian and Olympic Coach-Nancy Swider-Peltz, Olympian-Brian Hansen, Olympian-Emery Lehman, World Team Member-Jeff Swider-Peltz, and Liam Ortega

Special presenters: Bob Corby of InStep Physical Therapy, Nick Rosencutter of Rosencutter Ultra Fitness and Performance, and Olusegun Sijuwade, sports scientist and skating equipment specialist.

September 30 thru October 2nd, $250, early bird $225 (by September 6th)

*For all FULL CAMP participants, lunch catered Saturday and Sunday. Those registered by individual day(s), based on availability.

Deadline: WEDNESDAY by 9pm, SEPTEMBER 28th. Waiting list will held via email once max entrants is reached.

*Please CANCEL by SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 25th at 9pm prior to camp for refund. After this deadline, entry fees will not be refunded.

Friday September 30
4-5:30pm Off-ice, check-in Lobby of Pettit and directed to meeting area
5:30-7pm LongTrack Ice: Technical introduction
7-8pm Review, sign up for 1-on-1 session with Nancy

It is requested you really try to make the opening Friday 4:00 session to make the entire weekend more effective because of technical understanding . We all know the difference between building on rock versus building on sand.

Saturday October 1st
9am warm-up in Bronze Room (lower level of Pettit)
Off-ice Dryland, followed by long track session with technical demonstrations

12:30pm Lunch (Hall of Fame Room)
Followed by PT presentation by Bob Corby, common injuries, remedy, and prevention

2-4pm Nick Rosencutter presentation on PRI and activation warm-up
Weight Room

Sunday October 2nd
9am warm-up, foam roll, and dryland (Bronze Room)
10-noon Long Track Ice Session with technical demonstrations
*Cool down ‘resistance stretch’ session with Jeff
Noon Lunch/panel Q&A with coaches (Hall of Fame Room)
1pm Equipment presentation by Olu Sijuwade

*Nancy is offering 30 minute 1-on-1 wrap-up session for each participant, sign-ups for time slots will be on Friday’s camp session.

**IF you book with the HOST HOTEL for your stay, the following sessions prior to camp on Thursday (9am-11am OR 4-6:15pm) and Friday (9-11am) are free! Bring in receipt to front window as proof for wristbands.
